I am a corporate, editorial, and advertising photographer close to San Francisco.
I have a degree in photojournalism from San Francisco State University with a minor in English literature. For the past ten years I have built up and maintained a successful freelance business and have also worked as the photo editor for The Recorder legal newspaper in San Francisco.
I am an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop and am able to employ a variety of tech-savvy skill sets on the job. As a member of the National Press Photographers Association, I subscribe to their code of conduct and strongly believe in maintaining client satisfaction as a core business ethic. I am also a member of the American Society of Media Photographers.
I am thankful to be recognized for my hard work through numerous awards for both photography and photo illustrations. Some of the awards include being recognized in 2006 and 2007 for best business photo from the Associated Press News Executive Council and in 2003 for spot news from the California Newspaper Publishers Association.
